Shipments
Course materials are shipped via Federal Express to the shipping address you provide, with the arrival scheduled to be 2 to 4 business days prior to the setup date for the class. Place these materials in the training room before the scheduled setup time.

Course Setup
The computer vendor needs to access your training facility on the day and time specified by you for setup, and again for tear down. Class setup and tear down require a minimum of three hours. A representative from the Customer Education Group contacts you to coordinate the setup date and time.

Training Room Specifications:

• Customer provides a minimum 650 sq. ft. room
  
• Door locks overnight
  
• Room contains enough tables (8ft x 30in) for the student computers, 2 computers per table
  
• Customer provides one table (8ft x 30in) for the instructor's computer
  
• Facility has enough chairs for students and instructor
  
• Customer supplies 60 amps of electricity (at least 2 circuits)
  
• Room conatins a blackboard or other writing surface
  
• Facility furnishes at least a 6ft x 6ft Projection screen(or blank white wall)
