I would like to take this opportunity to express my satisfaction and appreciation for the quality of work and level of effort provided by Data Science Automation in developing the Lookout system used to monitor our injection molding machines.

As you are aware, our facility primarily manufactures plastic lids used to make containers for the consumer food industry. We have two plants totaling over 400 injection molding machines that require continuous monitoring to track production performance and detect equipment stoppage and failures. The system that DSA has created for us has exceeded our expectations in its ability to detect, track, and report the status of our machines.

The system Ted developed and programmed provides us not only with essential information to support our maintenance efforts, but also collects and reports production figures that support operation management. The system has proved reliable, easy to use and understand, and provides views and reports of the systems that are truly useful in helping us run our business more efficiently.

DSA's staff of engineers has proven quite capable, picking up the subtleties of our operations and solving related problems in a creative manner as needed. Their dedication and level of support has been excellent, all of which has led us to drop a competing Alliance member in favor of your company.
