Dear Mr. Brueggman,

We have found that the new Access database has made our daily usage much more efficient. The database is structured to be very user-friendly and we have found it to be a real pleasure to use. The invoicing process alone saves time and labor, as well as the elimination of possible errors we experienced by retyping information into our old system.

Perhaps the biggest benefit we have found is the search capabilities available in each field in the database. During phone conversations with a customer, we can obtain access to their records by any field, and then by seeing the entire history of the customer's usage with us, we are able to give the customer more useful information than we have been able to in the past. The new Access database has also restored our confidence in the data. This is very beneficial to us.

It has also proven to be a user-friendly marketing tool. Even with our somewhat limited reporting capabilities, we are finding it to be very useful for projects such as creating mailing lists and labels.

The entire database building process went very well. Roger Coldren met our needs, concerns and requests with enthusiasm and rapid response. Roger carefully listened to our desires of what we felt a useful database should be, and he made suggestions that were useful and informative.

We have also found that the improvements to our website have made it more appealing and user-friendly for our customers.
