I would like to thank the Data Science Automation Team for their fast response and high quality solution to a programming issue.

I called DSA on Friday and set up a conference call for Monday afternoon when I knew I would be at the customer's site. DSA arranged a conference call that any number of parties could call into using a designated phone number and conference call ID. The parties included an engineer from DSA, an engineer from another facility, and myself. During the call, it was decided that DSA would modify a piece of code for us, then e-mail the LabVIEW code to us for installation. DSA started at 3:00 PM and we had the change by 4:00 PM. We installed the code and were off and running.
